Introduction explaning the reasons for the disclamer and waiver of liability:

Manja-Thai Company Limited is a Custom Jewelry Manufacturer in Thailand providing also Design and Creation Services.
The word "Custom" means that we manufacture jewelry based on sketches, images, or designs provided by our customers.

Some of our customers are not jewellers, therefore we try to bring information using common language and avoiding technical words in order for everyone to understand the general processes, and doing so, some of the explanations might be incomplete or processes simplified in a way that is not strictly correct.

Another consequense of Creating and manufacturing Jewelry from customer designs is that we receive an important amount of sketches, pictures or designs that we do not have the ressources to check in matter of Copyrights or Patents. We must decline any responsibility in this matter and our customers are responsible for using our service in accordance with the law.

The last important consequence of doing Custom Manufacturing is that we produce a wild range of products each of which might require a certain flexibility of our service conditions in matter of timelines, payment terms, consignment of goods, deliveries, rates, markups and reports during the exercice of making quotations,during the creation and production of the product.
Therefore the description of our services and procedures on this website are not contractual and we reserve ourselves the right to proceed differently with each project and to modify the content of this website without notice.

Terms for creation and production are specified on each invoice and the payment of such invoice by the customer is a proof of his acceptation of the terms that may differ from an invoice to another in accordance with each specific case.
